Meaning.
Unity is being together or at one with someone or something. It’s the opposite of being divided.
1. Unity is the easiest way to win battles but the appetite to get all the profits for oneself ,personal glory and praises seems too irresistible to ignore.
2. Unity does not recognize failure as a barrier to victory, it sees strength and ability in numbers.
3. Unity does not feel the actual weight of a load for each member carries what he / she is able to bare in order to keep the load off the ground.
4. Unity looks beautiful from outside and is impenetrable from inside.
5. Unity rallies behind a weak member to remain strongest at its perceived weakest point.
6. Unity does not point fingers on a member to blame them but does so to show them the right way of staying strong as a team.
7. Unity does not form another WhatsApp group to secretly discuss other members who are thought to be a let down but boldly brings such a discussion to the main group to seek a way forward to remain strong and united.
