Meaning.
Conflict is serious disagreement and argument about something important .
1. A Conflict is easily put to rest when you agree on the way forward or simply agree to disagree.
2. A Conflict brings minds to a point where each one wants to say something that will make the other see sense and wisdom in their submission.
3. Whenever opinions and freedom of speech is flourishing, Conflict will pop up with people openly declaring what they stand for.
4. A Conflict gives an opportunity to discover ways of how people with different beliefs / opinions can live together without hurting each other.
5. The best thing that happens when a Conflict arises is that those involved welcome a neutral person to help resolve the matter.
6. When the Conflict divides people to the level where they seek to see another suffer, or completely out of their so called business, the spectators silently start wishing for a reconciliation.
7. When a Conflict seems to delay progress , seek a solution to focus on work carrying on for this is what will benefit everyone in the end.
