Meaning.
Say something in order to convey information or to express a feeling.
1. Many times we wish for change yet fail to speak when given a chance.
2. If we speak about someone’s wrongs behind their back yet can’t face them to correct the situation, we are just as bad.
3. When we speak against what we believe in just to win a favour, we are being clever corrupt hypocrites.
4. Do not rush to speak before you listen as you may end up being extremely irrelevant.
5. Those who speak the truth even under pressure, treasure the value of inner peace.
6. Learn to speak your mind out but never aim at hurting someone with your words.
7.Speak before you cry because we will still seek to know why you are crying so we can offer the right kind of help.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
An opportunity that gives you chance to speak does not encourage you to cry and speak nothing.
