CHALLENGE

CHALLENGE

Meaning.
A call to prove or justify something.

1. When parents quarrel or divorce, it is the children that end up suffering yet they are not the target of the action.

2. When two elephants fight, it’s said the grass suffers yet it is not the target of the fight.

3. When the knife is cutting veggies on a chopping board, it gets to cut so many fine cuts in the board yet it is not the target for the sharp knife.

4. When the food is being cooked, the pot gets the hottest heat yet it is not the target for the fire.

5. When you are to write an exam, it makes you study hard & sometimes you develop headaches yet its target is to get you to the next level.

6. When you get an injection, it pains yet the target is to get you well.

7. When God”s servant Job got afflicted, the target was not to kill him. There was a challenge God paused to the devil which the devil accepted and tried to prove God wrong by doing something that would make Job curse God. Job was just the battlefield for the challenge.
Whatever pain or hardship you are going through, there is sufficient grace. God has promised to reward all who obey Him. The devil will to prove God wrong and may choose you as a battlefield. Hold on, when the contest is over, God comes down to repair & pay for all the damages the devil caused: isn’t this what happens to football pitches when the match is over? You see sprinklers pop up & caretakers carrying out repairs on the tramped turf to make it better again..

1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

James 1:12 KJV
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Job 42:12  KJV
So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning:

“Now, the Word of God will defeat Satan on any grounds, any place, anywhere, at any time”
