Meaning.
Something that one is expected or required to do by moral or legal obligation.
1. You have a duty to your neighbour to live in peace with them in the best way possible like it or not.
2. You have a duty on the road to obey traffic rules whether late or not.
3. You have a duty as a citizen to obey the law of the land whether the situation favours you or not.
4. You have a duty as a parent to take good care of your children and pay all their school fees whether the economy is good or bad.
5. You have a duty as a husband to love your wife and this has no substitute.
6. You have a duty as a wife to submit to your husband, human rights or not.
7. There is one duty that God expects each one of us to perform and that is to worship Him in truth and in spirit. It is more like a Fiducius duty where we all have to act in the interest of our client before our very own. You can’t put any other thing number one in your life except God. It is the number 1 duty of man here on earth.
