
Meaning.
Cause to feel upset, annoyed, or resentful.
1.There are times we feel the urge to Offend intentionally and wait for a reaction so we can prove a point?
2. There are times we Offend unknowingly and find no peace when we realise we Offended someone so we seek peace by a genuine apology.
3. If what we are doing Offends another, we need need to check if it is pleasing to God before we can justify our action(s).
4. If someone tells you they are Offended by your actions switch off the defensive mode button and seek to understand it from their feelings point of view & seek peace immediately.
5. When Offended and you go spreading the news of how one allegedly offended you, it is hard to forgive publicly when you discover you were wrong about the “offender” .
6. Others have reacted in regrettable anger and got on the wrong side of the law after being Offended whilst others have simply laughed and moved on and lost no peace.
7. Never Offend a child of God and ignore their feelings. Just remember how parents would get upset when someone did something against their child. God is still against offending “one of these little ones”.
